Football Go! is operated by Crazy Singularity Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (狂奇点科技（上海）有限公司), under the Cool Singularity brand. You can request deletion without reinstalling the Game.

1. Send a deletion request

Complete the account deletion form

Open the deletion request form, provide the following information and submit it. Opening the form alone does not submit a request or delete your account.

  • Email: a valid email address where we can contact you to verify your account and provide request updates.
  • Game ID: the valid game ID (Player ID) of the account you want deleted, displayed on the Friends page in the Game.
  • Do not provide passwords, sign-in tokens or payment-card details. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership before deletion.

The form is hosted by Google Forms and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. If you cannot open the form or find your Game ID, contact contact@coolsingularity.com for help.

2. What will be deleted

After verification, we delete your game account and delete or irreversibly anonymize its associated personal data on our systems within 15 business days, subject to the limited retention exceptions below. This includes account/profile information, game progress and associated Virtual Items. Deletion is permanent and this progress and these items cannot be restored through the deleted account.

Limited records that the law requires us to retain, such as purchase and transaction records for tax, accounting or fraud prevention, are retained only for the legally required period. Analytics and independent advertising providers' retention is described in our Privacy Policy. Statutory refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Deletion is different from signing out

Uninstalling the Game, signing out or revoking a Google, Apple or Facebook connection does not itself delete your Football Go! account and data. Use the request process above. Requesting deletion does not delete your Google, Apple or Facebook account.
