This Privacy Policy explains how Crazy Singularity Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (狂奇点科技(上海)有限公司), which publishes games under the brand Cool Singularity ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you play Football Go! on Android or iOS (the "Game") or visit coolsingularity.com.
The Game is not currently available in mainland China. The English and Chinese versions are intended to convey the same meaning; no language-precedence rule limits your rights under applicable law.
1. Who we are
The data controller responsible for your information is:
Crazy Singularity Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (狂奇点科技(上海)有限公司)
1st Floor, Building 1, No. 2816 Yixian Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai 200000, China
Email: contact@coolsingularity.com
2. Information we collect
Account information. You can play as a guest or sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
- Guest play: we create a unique account identifier linked to your device. We do not collect your name or email address.
- Signing in with Google, Apple, or Facebook: we receive your account identifier and, when provided by the sign-in provider, your name and email address, and we assign you a unique Firebase user ID. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive a relay address rather than your real email address. We do not store sign-in profile photos.
Game and purchase information. Game progress, in-game currency and items, and records of in-app purchases (such as product, transaction ID, and time). Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your card or bank details.
Device and usage information. This is collected automatically by the Game and by the third-party SDKs described in Section 5:
- device identifiers, such as the advertising ID (Android advertising ID / Apple IDFA, where you permit it), IDFV, and Firebase installation IDs;
- device model, operating system, language, and IP address (IP addresses may be used to estimate your approximate location, such as country or city, but not your precise location);
- how you interact with the Game, such as sessions, levels played, and ad views and clicks;
- crash logs and diagnostic data;
- on Android, information about some other apps installed on your device, which our advertising partners' SDKs use to deliver ads and prevent ad fraud.
Information you send us. If you contact customer support or submit a deletion request, we receive your message and any details you provide.
The Game does not request access to your precise device location, contacts, or device photo library. Account identifiers and installed-app information may be treated as personal or sensitive data under applicable laws and platform policies.
Website information. Our website uses the site-language browser storage preference to remember your language; clearing site data removes it. The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the browser's network requests, including the IP address. Our legal pages use system fonts and do not load advertising, analytics or sign-in SDKs. The Game's SDK processing does not mean those SDKs run on this website.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and maintain your account, save and sync your progress, and let you restore your account on a new device;
- deliver and restore in-app purchases, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Game, including analytics and fixing crashes;
- show ads, which may be personalized where permitted (see Section 6), and measure the effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns;
- respond to support requests and deletion requests;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Legal bases (UK and similar laws). We rely on:
- performance of our contract with you to provide the Game and your purchases;
- legitimate interests for necessary security and fraud prevention, subject to your rights; this basis does not replace consent where required for analytics, advertising or access to information on your device;
- consent requirements for advertising, analytics or access to device information cannot be satisfied merely by reading this Policy or using the Game; you may withdraw consent you have given as provided by applicable law;
- legal obligation where applicable.
4. Google, Apple, and Facebook sign-in
When you choose to sign in with Google, the Game requests only basic sign-in permissions (openid, email, profile). From your Google Account we use only your name, email address, and Google account ID. We use them solely to:
- create and authenticate your game account;
- sync your progress across devices;
- contact you about your account or support requests.
We do not use data received from Google APIs for advertising. We do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except Google Firebase, which acts as our authentication and hosting provider, or where required by law. We keep this data while your account is active and delete it as described in Section 8.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Apple and Facebook sign-in data (name, email address, and provider account ID) is used and retained in the same way.
These restrictions also cover information derived from Google sign-in data. The general disclosures in Section 5 do not expand permitted uses of Google user data; any permitted transfer or human access remains subject to Google's policies and applicable consent requirements.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
Service providers. These providers process data on our behalf.
- Google Firebase (Authentication and Analytics): Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information.
- Google Forms (deletion request form): processes the Email, Game ID and request information you submit. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Sign-in providers. These receive information when you choose to sign in with them.
- Google: Privacy Policy
- Apple: Privacy Policy
- Meta (Facebook): Privacy Policy
Advertising partners. The Game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay mediation (formerly ironSource). Ad networks in the mediation include Unity Ads, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network. These partners' SDKs collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data, diagnostic data, and (on Android) installed-app information. They use this data to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, and may act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:
- Unity (including Unity Ads and LevelPlay/ironSource): Unity Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob: How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- Meta Audience Network: Meta Privacy Policy
Marketing measurement. Automatic app event logging in the Facebook SDK is disabled. We use the Facebook SDK and Google Analytics for Firebase to measure how our advertising campaigns perform (for example, whether an ad led to an install). This involves sharing device identifiers and in-app events with Meta and Google.
Other disclosures. We may also disclose information:
- to comply with law or valid legal requests;
- to protect the rights and safety of our users and ourselves;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
In some US states, sharing device identifiers with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Section 6 for device advertising controls and Section 9 for contact details to exercise applicable opt-out rights.
6. Advertising choices
- Android: go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID. Deleting the advertising ID limits its use for advertising. Resetting it assigns a new ID and does not itself opt you out of personalization. Menu names vary by device and OS version; these settings do not stop all advertising data processing or replace consent and opt-out mechanisms required by law.
- iOS: the Game asks for permission before accessing your IDFA (App Tracking Transparency). You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you opt out of personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads. Opting out does not necessarily stop all data processing needed for ad delivery, security or fraud prevention.
7. Data retention
- Account and game data: kept for the lifetime of your account. We do not automatically delete guest accounts solely because they are inactive; you can request deletion under Section 8.
- After a verified deletion request: we delete your account and delete or irreversibly anonymize associated personal data on our systems within 15 business days. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as purchase and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention, and only for as long as required.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics for Firebase uses the default two-month event-level data retention setting. This setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports or mean that game accounts and saved progress are deleted after two months.
- Advertising partners: these partners retain data under their own privacy policies (see Section 5).
8. Deleting your account and data
The in-game account deletion option opens a web page. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time: visit our account deletion page, or complete the deletion request form directly.
Provide a valid contact Email and the valid Game ID (Player ID, displayed on the Friends page in the Game) of the account you want deleted. The form is hosted by Google Forms. If you cannot use the form or find your Game ID, contact contact@coolsingularity.com for help.
Uninstalling the Game does not delete your data from our servers. Deletion is permanent: game progress and Virtual Items associated with the deleted account cannot be restored through that account. This does not remove statutory refund or other consumer rights, and limited transaction records may be retained as described in Section 7.
You can also revoke the Game's access in your Google, Apple or Facebook account settings. Revoking a connection is separate from deleting your Football Go! account and data. Do not send us passwords, authentication tokens or payment-card details. We may request only information reasonably necessary to verify ownership before processing deletion.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR, Singapore's PDPA, South Africa's POPIA, and US state privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- access your personal information;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to our processing of it;
- receive a copy of it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent;
- opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
To exercise these rights, email contact@coolsingularity.com. We will respond within one month, or sooner if required by law. We may need to verify your identity first.
If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
10. Children and minors
Store content ratings for the Game may vary by region. Minors must use the Game in accordance with applicable local age and guardian-authorization requirements. Parents or guardians with questions about their child's information, or who believe we have processed it without legally required authorization, may contact contact@coolsingularity.com. We will investigate and respond under applicable law, including deleting relevant information where required.
11. International transfers
We are based in China. Our service providers and advertising partners process data in other countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be stored and accessed outside your country of residence. Contact contact@coolsingularity.com for information about processing locations or related privacy requests.
12. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will notify you in the Game.
